Slide 4: oxygen haemoglobin binding is modified by a variety of factors including temperature, ph, pco2, and 2,3-dpg, temperature and ph most important, these factors promote oxygen loading in the lungs and oxygen unloading in the tissues. remember loading was promoted in lungs due to high po2 (100 torr), and unloading promoted in tissues due to low po2 (40 torr)
