Goal - create social and physical environments that promote good health for all. Most e ective strategy will leverage the social determinants of health - such as the conditions in which people live, learn, work, play, pray; working to address health disparities and work toward health equity in the us. Strategy they made - promotes vision statement of nation that equitably promotes healthy community environments and protects health of all people; creating meaningful public partnerships; public comment on proposals; electronic health records. We"re understanding prevalence of disparities more and also the factors that in uence them, investing more in programs that are trying to reduce them to promote good health. Changes can only be made if individuals at all levels cooperate. Achieving health equity requires valuing everyone equally with e orts to address avoidable inequalities, historical and contemporary injustices, elimination of health care disparities.
