Movement in the room: try to ignore this, or use humor if it works well for you, if most of audience starts to leave, take hint and finish early. Your memory fails: if comfortable, continue as if nothing happened, using humor will put audience at ease. A photographer is trying to take your picture: hold pose for few seconds to give them a chance.
