Dis gurating infection requiring lots of drug therapy and reconstructive surgery. More in immunocompromised pts: starts with sinusitis. Initial pulmonary infection that can disseminate to skin, bone and genitourinary tract. Skin dissemination looks like cancer on the nose but the septum is still there.
