It is normal to be distressed in certain situations but there are also situations where there should be distress where a person who has a disorder doesn"t experience the distress they should. The distress kind of has to have a impairing affect. Some people who are abnormal could be considered eccentric. But certain behaviours are so far fetched that it is past eccentric.
