Physical tness, movement skills, concept and effective development should be emphasized throughout curriculum. Emphasis during preschool and early elemenay grades should be movement skill acquisition. Motor skills do not develop miracurasly they must be nurtured, promoted, and practiced. If we want students to become more physically active we need to help them acquire motor skills that will allow the to participate in a wide variety of pa. Teachers pay no attention to the development of motor and sport skills (current) Athletes in gym classes are happy because they generally dominate the groups. Skill theme approach is different for children who want to make a difference in children lives by helping them become movers who enjoy sports and pa. The skilled themes approach describes both the content and the teaching process or pedagogy. Fundamental movements that form the foundation for success in sport and pa. Re ectiev teachers adapt the skill themes to match the ability levels of students in classes.
