Dr. baldwin: culture lecture: hofstede"s dimensions, individualism/collectivism: has to do with how one see"s oneself in connection to others. Individualism- in many groups just to be in many groups. Ex: us, canada, & most of europe: power distance- management makes all the decisions, little imput from employees. Tolerance of this high acceptance: mexico & france.
