Lose ability to communicate with people-can"t interact years then you have it: drugs, psychoactive drugs. If america does it would bring in -50 billion a year: each year around 750,000 people are arrested on cannabis (marijuana) charges- Inject or pill: sedatives, most common- alcohol, barbiturates, xanax, prescribed for sleeping and anxiety disorders but people misuse or give them to someone else because they like how they feel, reduce anxiety, mental function is affected.
