Digital branding: moves us away from media and towards platforms: something by which you get information, ex. Facebook, google, amazon, apple: half of americans are on social media. Likes vs. verbs: storytelling through relevance and uniqueness. Mc 2525: old- phone call, email, text, chat, wall posts, silos, new- synchronous, highly personal, location aware, interconnected, share experience conversations: in depth interaction, interaction is not a conversation.
