Zoning ordinance- legal device enacted by local government used to divide a community into separate districts and regulate land use activity and intensity of users. An argument that sharing economy has a role to play. Newark bike project: non profit, business to peer. Time banks: non profit, peer to peer. They are all earning time dollars to be spent on whatever service they want.
