Monetary fund (imf: developing countries borrow $ to build new infrastructure and businesses, structural adjustment programs, some developing countries have had difficultly repaying their loans, before debt relief, a developing country is required to prepare a policy framework. Waste, corruption, misappropriation, military build ups: 21st century, it is the developed countries that have piled up the most debt. Millennium development goals: end poverty and hunger, achieve universal primary (elementary school) education, promote gender equality and empower women.
