Secondary aim: evaluate the efecive inluence of aerobic pa on the concurrent disturbances. Randomized controlled trial, 24 elders about 75 years old, 13 females with major depression: light to moderate depression, no drugs. Drug group: anidepressant medicaion with an ssri and serotonergic anidepressant.
