Existential analysis begins with the concrete and specific experience of a human being existing at a particular moment in time and space. Biological experience umwelt consists of the sensations you feel by virtue of being a biological organism: this includes pleasure, pain, heat, cold, and all the bodily. Social experience mitwelt consists of what you think and feel as sensations a social being: your emotions and thoughts about other people and the emotions and thoughts direct at you. Inner, psychological experience eigenwelt this is the experience of experience itself: consists of how you feel and think when you try to understand, includes introspection yourself, your own mind, and your own existence.
