Sociol has helped build a set of transferable skills that are valued in hr. Include abilities to analyze, interpret, evaluate, draw conclusions, interview, manage time, write, manage projects, master computer tech, and plan. Hiring and placement: healthy organizations assimilate new employees in ways that enhance productivity.
