Inadequate= fluid loss: vomiting, fluid helps ease out stool, noncaffeinated fluid can cause irritation and dehydrating, no artificial sweeteners. Physical activity: promotes peristalsis, strengthen core for intra-ab pressure. Identification of routines followed to promote normal elimination. Mouth: teeth, tongue, gums, sores, dry mouth.
