Findings are presented as oral presentations or posters. Oral presentations: presenter is typically given 10-20 minutes to describe the most important aspects of the study. Poster sessions: visual representations are presented to summarize the studies. Conferences give opportunities for conversations among researchers and attenders of the conference. Summary of the findings in a professional journal. A typical research article is about 10-25 double spaced manuscript pages. Research articles are reviewed by two or more peer reviewers who make recommendations about whether the article should be accepted, rejected, or revised and re-reviewed. Blind" reviews: reviewers are not told the researchers name and the researchers are not told the reviewers name. In qualitative studies: the title includes the central phenomenon and group under investigation. In quantitative studies: the title indicates the independent and dependent variables and the population. Imrad format: introduction, method, results, analysis, discussion. A brief description of the study which is put at the beginning of the article.
