Fixed: exactly the same, remains the same and consistent, ex. test items. Limitations: may only be good for certain individuals. Some features of your personality is not shown on the test. Aka as nomothetic - search for scientific laws that apply, in a fixed manner to everyone. Flexible: give not the exact answers as everyone else.
