Develop deep appreciation for depth and expanse of life. Common elements: hope, meaning, purpose, connectedness, forgiveness, rituals. Sometimes described as a specific system of beliefs about a deity or deities, often involving rituals, code of ethics and a philosophy of life. Operating as a unit, or a state of being connected reciprocally. Connectedness to self: question who we are and what we want to accomplish (listen to your gut, get to know yourself) Connectedness to others: believe that all humans are connected, that one person can make a difference. When you listen to your conscience, you see yourself as someone who is part of a bigger world and know that what you do has an impact on others. A process of bringing attention to a moment by moment experience.
