Begin to develop trust in eachother, discuss talents, decide on group protocol. Storming: members define their roles & responsibilities & decide how to each goals. Stage often produces conflicts resulting in storming. Norming: tension subsides, roles are clarified and info begins to flow. Develop loyalty and a willingness to resolve all problems. Six step procedure for dealing w/ conflict: listen, understand the other"s point of view, show concern for the relationship, look for common ground, invent new problem-solving options, reach an agreement based on whats fair.
