Technology continually poses new challenges for our ethics the principles and standards that guide our behaviour toward other people. Technology-related ethical issues and concepts: intellectual property, copyright, fair dealing, pirated software, counterfeit software. One of the biggest issues today is privacy the right to be left alone when you want to be, to have control over your own personal possessions, and now to be observed without your consent. Privacy is related to confidentiality, which is the assurance that messages and information are available only to those who are authorized to view them. Privacy continues to be one of the primary barriers to the growth of e- business. Information ethics concerns the ethical and moral issues arising from the development and use of information technologies and systems, as well as the creation, collection, duplication, distribution, and processing of information itself. The ideal goal for organizations is to make decisions that are both legal and ethical.
