She sat in a comfy roomy armchair that stood across from the open window and pressed down into it with physical exhaustion. She stared out the window and saw a peddler selling his wares, heard the notes of a distant song someone was singing, sparrows twittering in the eaves, and look out to the blue sky toward the west.
