Reliability is made of two components: sensitivity, agreement regarding the presence of a specific diagnosis, specificity, agreement concerning absence of diagnosis, reliability for most current diagnostic. Kappa: measures proportion of agreement over and above what would be expected by chance, 0. 7< good, ptsd, autism, borderline personality disorder, good, major depressive disorder and generalized anxiety disorder, questionable/unacceptable.
