Neurologist found that a collection of abnormal blood vessels at the back of his right occipital lobe was causing the migraine attack a most unusual case. D. b got the malformed blood vessels removed at age 30. Operation relieved his pain, but part of his occipital lobe has died so he was blind in the left half of his visual field.
