If you conduct review of client record and evaluation of client isn"t necessary, you have to document it and indicate sources of info used to get to this opinion. 10. 4: identification of limits of certainty: member has to identify limits to the certainty with which diagnoses, opinions, or predictions can be made about individuals/groups. If you did everything to do an evaluation of client but complete evaluation isn"t possible, you have to document everything you did and discuss how the availability of only limited info influenced the certainty of your opinions. 10. 5: freedom from bias: provide professional opinions that are clear, fair, and unbiased.
