Born in england, edward titchener graduated from oxford before going to leipzig to study with. He then went to cornell university, where he established a psychological laboratory. Titchener"s work was similar to wundt"s experimental psychology in many ways. However, the complexity of wundt"s approach to psychology was lost in titchener"s much similar approach.
