Sugar x": addiction to candy & chocolate ~= drug cuz both stimulate release of ntm dopamine @ nucleus accumbent (reinforcing e ect of subs) Stress a ects ghrelin lv (hormone secreted @ stomach -> stilaute stomach contraction & appetite) cuz stressed = being threatened.
