E personalities can be less restrained and can lead to cyberbullying etc. Psychopathy: describes a personality construct made up of certain traits that emphasize maintaining power and control over others. Homelessness describes a range of housing and shelter circumstances, with people being without any shelter at one end, and being insecurely housed at the other. Intentional homeless communities: built by homeless people, can be any site that is built around a speci c goal or need. Lets people come to their own terms much better than government controlled housing not considered of cial planning. Housing first model: a part of rapid rehousing paradigm and is the favoured housing model in the us and canada.
