They have no say in where they want to live. Why cannot parents just be honest, they show ignorance. Case: father wanted the two kids to return to switzerland. Is it in the child"s best interest to move to another country. Did a child have a voice in the process. How does the voice relate to the uncrc. This case is more rights based (un convention) Give the paragraph where you found it from. This case: they were given a lawyer. The father = i will lose my relationship with the children. Judge 1 = go find a lawyer.
