Make diversity a cornerstone of economic prosperity: broaden our talent base. We need to aspire to be an education province. Strengthen our managerial capability: establish new social safety nets. Make sure our old economy does not deteriorate. Make sure everyone participates in the new one. Make sure early childhood development is a high priority. Consider wage insurance for longer tenure workers. Invest in skills development for recent immigrants: build province wide geographic advantages. Build an infrastructure that gains connectivity and ensures all regions of the province can achieve prosperity.
