We have to: harness the creative potential of ontarians. Drawing on the immense capabilities of our immigrants to pour pro(cid:448)i(cid:374)(cid:272)e"s future su(cid:272)(cid:272)ess. Be the (cid:449)orld"s first pla(cid:272)e (cid:449)here (cid:272)reati(cid:448)ity orie(cid:374)tated jo(cid:271)s a(cid:272)(cid:272)ou(cid:374)t for half of all jobs. Make diversity a cornerstone of economic prosperity: broaden our talent base. We need to aspire to be an education province. Strengthen our managerial capability: establish new social safety nets. Make sure our old economy does not deteriorate. Make sure everyone participates in the new one. Make sure early childhood development is a high priority. Consider wage insurance for longer tenure workers. Invest in skills development for recent immigrants: build province wide geographic advantages. Build an infrastructure that gains connectivity and ensures all regions of the province can achieve prosperity.
