Individuals absorb beliefs and values of family, community, culture etc. Ethical standards apply to behaviors not covered by law: managerial ethics: principles that guide that decisions and behaviors of managers w regard to whether they are write or wrong. Social responsibility: refers to (cid:373)gt"s o(cid:271)ligatio(cid:374) to (cid:373)ake (cid:272)hoi(cid:272)es a(cid:374)d take a(cid:272)tio(cid:374) so that the org (cid:272)ontributes to welfare and interests of all org stakeholders. Ethical dilemma: arises in a situation concerning right and wrong in which values are in conflict.
