Culture behaviors, beliefs, and all other products of a particular group that are passed on from generation to generation: population of visible minorities is rising continuously, culture influences behaviour of the members in its group, sometimes people can be very egocentric about their cultures or feel proud or hostile, cross cultural studies comparing and providing information about the degree to which people are similar and the degree to which certain behaviors are specific to certain cultures. Individualism set of values that give priority to personal goals rather than to group goals; focusing too much on the self can result in poor relationships and alienation, which eventually can lead to more severe consequences: self actualization, self esteem, self concept, self efficacy, self reinforcement, self criticism, self serving bias, self doubt, collectivism set of values that support the group, with personal goals subordinated.
