HRM 3430 Chapter 1: Business Strategies

13 views1 pages

Document Summary

Business strategies are the designs of forming a(n) ruthless/aggression focus into one single line of business. The priority or focus that is in the strategy would still be the same despite the fact that there would be different business strategies. In a sense, they would still all be on the same page as they are all under the same corporation and all of the strategies would need to be aligned. It is kind of like corporate strategy vs business strategy with their similarities and differences while also having them go hand in hand in order to work together. The corporate strategy would be the main focus and number one priority. It looks at everything from the perspective of maintaining everything in the long-term, priority would be placed on surviving the longest it can. The business level strategy would be more short-term, looking at the present, and focusing on having a competitive presence.
