The reason behind the fact that senior managers and executives do not include human resources management into the strategic planning process is due to many facts such as the following listed below: Managers do not deem it as necessary. From their perspective, human resources management is not a real job or profession. Human resources management professionals are seen as employee/worker experts and not of organizational experts.
