I had a very similar experience to the author of (cid:858) er(cid:448)i(cid:374)g i(cid:374) florida(cid:859) when i had my first job as a waiter. I remember looking for a job so desperately, i took the first job offer available. I figured that being a waitress would be easy because that my job would just be busting tables and bringing food out. After a few days of working there, i realized how tiring hectic things can be. I had many other responsibilities such as mopping, sweeping, bathroom duty, answering phone calls, food prep, bartending and more. I came home sore on the first day where i had only worked three hours. There were no allotted break times or a break room to hide out in. The only breaks were when the restaurant was empty, resulting in 15-minute breaks in an 8-hour shift.
