I asked 3 white people and 3 people that were not white to describe themselves to someone who has not seen them. One of my white friends described her as blonde, white, small ears, 3 piercings and skinny with blue eyes. My other white friend described her self as blonde long hair, glasses, and big boobs and the other described him as red hair, black glasses, brown eyes, pale, and stocky. Next, i asked 3 people who were not white. My roommate ariel described herself as curvy, curly dark brown eyes, mexican and black with a lot of tattoos. My suitemate kyra described herself as tall, mohawk, black but light skinned, and big lips. My friend lawrence describes himself as dark skinned, big feet, glasses, and tall. It seemed as if the white people described their hair as being a distinct characteristic about them. The people that were not white seemed to describe themselves more by race.
