Healthy people challenge destiny and live authentically. Being-in-the-world: dasein , means to exist in the world. Unwelt: the environment around us- we must learn to live in the world of things and adapt to the changes around us. Mitwelt: our relations with other people- we must relate to other people as much as possible, not things to be used. Eigenwelt: refers to one"s relationship with oneself- we must be aware of ourselves as human beings. Nonbeing: including death, but also the end of some valuable aspect associated with being. Includes compulsive behaviors, addictions, unthinking conformity to the dictates of society, generalized hostility toward other people. Loneliness: trying to share part of oneself and finding it is rejected and misunderstood. Neurosis: lacking freedom and responsibility; tending to blame destiny, childhood, and the environment. The case of philip: went through extreme anxiety when his relationship made a turn for the worse.
