Comm, and in particular speech, is a v. powerful tool. Ethics involve morals and specific moral choices to be made by a person. Whereas much of interpersonal comm is spontaneous, public speaking is more planned and formal, so audience often attributes careful thought to speaker in a public speaking setting.
