Analysis higher paid teachers are not more satisfied than their lower paid counterparts. Collect data open-ended interview about satisfaction of high and low paid teachers. Analyze data analyze the interview responses; categorize experiences and specific characteristics; highly satisfied teachers have the following qualities: good rapport, clear goals, engaging and interesting stories, and a good personality. If we are born with intelligence there is not much we can do to change it, so we do not need to apply effort.
