Krishna was first personal god of hinduism. Arjuna, the general of the pandavas, tells krishna to bring his chariot in between the two armies to see the opposite side and he finds many relatives and ex gurus are on the other side. Arjuna doesn"t want to attack and kill his loved ones. Krishna says that when you have too much attachment then you are clouded in judgement of decision making. The blessed lord says to arjuna of course you have arrived to act. It is natural to be plunged into some sort of activity. Do not use the benefit of an action to be your motive for doing it.
