The project is designed as a group project to afford an opportunity for teamwork. Students should work in groups of 5-6 people on this project and submit one report for the group. Your individual instructor will determine whether group members will be assigned or if you will self-select among your peers. The due date for the project will be the last class in the semester for your section of the course. Subject to your instructor"s directives, students will choose a public company that reports using ifrs at the last year end reported. Unless specified by your instructor, you are responsible for finding your own company information by searching various corporate sites or http://www. sedar. com. Please note that you should also use news items from business periodicals and use other library and internet reference sources in performing your analysis.
