We"ll learn how to progressively assemble simple components into more complex ones until we have a minimal architecture capable of computation. From there, we"ll look at how software is structured, and how programming languages de ne software. Class format and course communication: all class activities will be held online, content will be delivered using a combination of lectures, interactive exercises, and tutorials, lectures will be recorded and made available through brightspace. 1: course announcements will be posted to the brightspace course page and/or the course mail list, which com- prises the instructor"s and students" dal emails.
