Document Summary

Ex, new years resolution= go to gym and eat lunch every week with your friend. So going to gym= planning when you will do this (intrapersonal) Eating lunch with friend= coordinating plans between two people (interpersonal) We do many things because we"re driven by desires. Desires to not necessarily move us to act. Ex, i want to punch my boss. But this does not require me to act on it. So desires influence our actions, but they do not determine our actions. So if we do not want to go to a meeting, but we make a plan to go to a meeting, we then will probably go. If we do not follow through with our plan, it irrational. However, if you do not follow through with a desire, Rationality of plans vs. desires it is not irrational. Rational plans should be consistent with each other. Set of plans is inconsistent if you have two incompatible plans.
