Not seeing the iceberg: filtering (messages are watered down) Manager-employee communication: too many problems exist because of a lack of communication about/on these issues, effective communication exists when there is agreement and sensitivity to, the job expectations: what, why, how, and with whom. Being an effective communicator requires you to be good at delivering bad news.
