Use how - how are you going to get there, group effort, you can"t do anything alone. Synergy: level of work produced in a group is greater than level of work produced by a sole person. Level 1 : micro ob, the study is called industrial psychology. Examples of topics for micro ob : personality, attitudes, motivation/demotivation, values, communication, individual decision making. Level 2 : mezzo organisational behaviour, anything to do with two or more people, power, politics, managing relationship between manager and other people. Conflict between two or more people, group dynamics, cohesion, synergy and functioning of teams. Level 3 : macro ob : the impact of changing tech on organisation, study of entire organisations in its landscapes. Individuals = micro, groups = mezzo, organisation = macro.
