Attitude drives behaviour if you want to change attitude you need to change the mind. Sometimes you need to change behaviour to change your attitude: (example : stops smoking) Always behave the same way if in a group or by yourself. Will it be the same desires and behaviour if you are in a crab fishing boat or a bridal store. Language will be different in crab fishing store than bridal store. In comparison to hrm and strategic management (bicycle) Organizational behaviour (people as a source) is the back wheel.
