Comm 1e03 (w2016) company overview self-reflection - submission #1. February 12th, 2016: now that you have completed the company overview, explain how you feel about the overall experience. You may discuss the general experience, identified strengths (personal or professional), and/or areas that require improvement. Now that i have completed the company overview assignment, i can say that i have gained a lot of new experiences and have come to realize all the strengths and weaknesses i can bring forth in a group setting. For starters, i would say that overall, my experiences and my contributions made a positive impact on our group. I put an equal amount of work into my part as every other member. Each member was given a different portion of the assignment to work on and by the end of it, we met to collaborate and join our parts together.
