How to read your textbook: understand the basic concepts and processes, you do not need to know specific dates and statistics, you can ignore "box" illustrations (competing through sustainability, globalization, etc, company names can be ignored. Ethics: talking about dignity and the inherent value they have, consideration of the greater good; thinking about people that would be effected at the cost of a smaller group benefitting. Unethical behaviour: behaviour that has harmful effects on other people, there is no single "list" of good and wrong, there are some grey areas and also people"s. Is considered inappropriate by society at large own moral compass can vary. Ethical dilemma: when two or more values are in conflict, there is a "grey area" between illegal and good/right, there might be costs or consequences to doing certain behaviors. Sometimes things need to be decided in the moment.
