E-learning: the use of computer network technology such as the intranet or internet to deliver information or instruction to individuals: aka web-based instruction or wbi. Instructor led training and self directed learning computer-based training methods. Instructor-led training (ilt): computer-based training that is instructor-led: e. g. , online discussions and video conferencing. Trainees can learn at their own pace limitation.
