Fear is good and helpful, when you have this sensaion your body and your mind reacts. We work up courage to ight or we run away. Anxiety: apprehension about anicipated events o o o o o o. It"s not about real threats at the moments, it"s about a person worrying about things that may happen in future. Usually physiological changes: increase hr, bp, sweaing, pupils dilaing. Diicult to control thoughts in state of anxiety. Halo efect: negaively overshadows everything, may lead to pessimisic outlook on life. How you feel in the past, future not just in the moment. Like depression, some posiive uses (slows things down, think about problems, ind new soluions) o o o. Too much anxiety without excepional reasons (exams, wedding) ceases to have posiive beneit.
