If we are caught in this realm of dhuka/samsara, it is not satisfying. The wheel goes on and on. (note: this is objective. In meditation you begin to start to analyze how you feel about things pleasure (causes attachment), displeasure (causes version), neutral. Take one aspect of your own psychology and allow it to play out through this meditation. Thoughts are fleeting like a monkey darting around very quickly. The mind = monkey consciousness (very hard to tame, hard to bring into a state of concentration).
